- Followed by 4 course collaboration dinner, coffee and petit fours

Main Course – Chosen and prepared by Martin Hollis, Executive Chef at Old Course Hotel
Desert – Chosen and prepared by Eden and Jordan Sinclair, Head Chefs at Sinclair’s Kitchen.
All other beverages, are additional and ordered with and charged by venue directly. (Pre-order forms sent out upon ticket confirmation)
