Cocoa Ooze was established in Aberdeen in 2008 by Jamie Hutcheon.
This unique company was set up by Jamie when he was only 17 years old, whilst training as a Pastry Chef in top catering establishments.
Jamie has had a passion for cooking since the age of 12. He uses the same methods and traditional recipes to this day – ensuring each product he produces are individually tailored and imaginatively handmade.
In 2011, Jamie decided to leave his full time job to concentrate on building up the new business.
We are a small but perfectly formed team who have a vast experience in creating a large range of chocolates for all occasions.
Cocoa Ooze supplies a large number of outlets across the country. More recently including outlets internationally.
We also host chocolate making events for both adults and children As well as team building events and children’s birthday parties.
Cocoa Ooze is proud to use many local ingredients in their products. We search for the finest quality ingredients to help create our chocolates to ensure the highest standard.
Our chocolate is sourced from the best farmers around the world. We work with origin cocoa from regions such as Trinidad and Grenada.
We are proud to say it is sustainable through the World Cocoa Foundation.
With recipes that have been handed down through generations each creation is skilfully crafted by our highly educated chocolatiers to tailor each chocolate individually.
