I’m very happy to win. I started out in an apprenticeship that was meant to be for two years but finished it in one year and was then offered a job as a full time chef. I now cook for 100 people including 30 young people, and staff too. The award ceremony has been fantastic. The atmosphere is so relaxed. I’ve had a really good time.
