Welcome to 1881 Distillery & Gin School! Using our own private spring, Shieldgreen, we have created four flavoursome premium gins – London Dry, Pavilion Pink, Navy Strength (57% Abv) and Subtly Smoked. On top of that, we have made some refreshing tonics to pair with our gins – Tonic 81 – using the same water source.
