Founded in 2017 as a part of Dundee and Angus College,
Service Design Academy is dedicated to delivering innovative and accredited training and education programmes in service design.
Services are things that help people to do something; this can be large and complex (like government services) or small and distinct (like ordering a coffee at your local café)
We design learning pathways with organisations to connect service design theory and practical application, helping colleagues to learn by doing through a mix of accredited courses, workshops, videos, teamwork, mentoring and case studies.
Service Design Academy delivers People Experience programmes specifically for Human Resource colleagues to improve employee engagement.
Our training helps organisations to solve problems and work towards solutions, putting people at the heart of their decisions. The design process they learn ensures that services are user-friendly, effective and inclusive.
