X-Academy is a world’s first energy transition skills organisation, focused on the professional development of people to deliver global net zero goals. We will deliver the skills needed for the energy transition by developing the capabilities of professionals working in the energy sector, creating projects that deliver value and are underpinned the UK Sustainable Goals, and working at pace to create pathways to skilled labour jobs in the energy transition. Led by Xodus and partnerships with ETZ Limited and the bp and EnBW joint venture Morven, X-Academy is a non-profit-making organisation, reinvesting profits into further skills development and the growth of the programme.
Our 2-year programme develops individuals technical, professional and behavioural skills sets, and our current cohorts include graduates, early years professionals and reskillers from a diversity of backgrounds. Following completion of this accelerated development program, ‘Xccelerators’ progress into their next exciting role in the energy industry.
