Keith Cochrane
Keith Cochrane is the CEO of The Weir Group PLC, a Glasgow-based international engineering company. He joined the Group as Finance Director in July 2006 and was appointed Chief Executive in November 2009. Following a number of years with Arthur Andersen, Keith joined Stagecoach Group plc in 1993.
He was appointed Finance Director in 1996 and Group Chief Executive in 2000. He joined ScottishPower plc in 2003 where he became Director of Group Finance. Keith is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra Society Ltd and was appointed Non-Executive Director of Carillion plc in July 2015. He is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
